    The good thingsAnnual Increase Amazing Office (Pasay) Great Colleagues Luxurious Events! A Family-Like work environment I didn't want to leave this company, but unfortunately, the account I belong to needed to lay off some employees.

    Good place to work, bad resolution for escalations and no career growth.
    The good thingsHybrid set-up, you only need to go to the office twice a month. Salaries are big for new hires/fresh graduates
    The challengesThe HR/Management just accepts PIP/Discussion Logs randomly even when they are not client escalated. Most of my friends got dismissed or resigned just because their team leader or members are micromanaging and sends Discussion Logs like it's your typical morning breakfast. Also there is little to none for career growth in this company. Once you hit the highest you can be as an individual, it stops there. Even my workmates who worked for more than 2-3 years have no career paths to look forward to and that's why they leave.

    My experience here was good, but not so great. I would recommend a friend to work here but I will remind him/her to stay professional and don't trust fully those around you.
    The good thingsThe good thing in Infinit-O was that you have a good working environment here. They also prioritize work-life balance of the employees and everyone here was approachable and friendly.
    The challengesThe HR lacks empathy to most employees, there's also still some politics going on especially with agents and team leaders.

    Great place to work!
    The good thingsGreat place to work! and all staff are friendly and kind even the admin and the bosses they can sit beside you and talk to you and ask you how are you. They are all having good attitudes at Infinit-O, especially since the bosses are so great.
    The challengesnone except that they are no longer offering to work from home setup but then overall I am satisfied with their service.

    My second home
    The good thingsThe company really value their employees' health and sanity. They provide sleeping quarter, and free food for all of the employees. Moreover, everybody treats you well like a real family. They will push you in a way that you will be urged to get out of your comfort zone so you will discover that you can still do more and that you have other strengths. I can say that I found my second family out of home in this company.
    The challengesThe only challenge for me in this company is the schedule as I was placed in a morning shift but nevertheless, everything is fine.
