Infini Care Health System Inc., envisions to establish, operate, own, manage and maintain a single or network of health services within Philippines such as, but not limited to dialysis units, ambulatory surgical clinics, and other ancillary services such as pharmarcy, diagnostic units (xray, ultrasound, endoscopy) which may have similar or analogous economic activities and dedicated services in connection therewith, provided that purely professional, medical or surgical services shall be prepared by duly qualified and licensed physicians or surgeons.
