Supportive hiring process, positive interviews, and engaging, hands-on training experience.
The good thingsThe Recruitment Team was very accommodating and supportive. They were transparent with the expectations and kept the process organized, which made the waiting period easier to appreciate from a candidate’s perspective. I also had a great experience during the interview stage. The Hiring Manager was very kind, friendly, and accommodating. The interview felt comfortable and professional, as I was given the opportunity to speak openly, share my knowledge, and explain my experiences. The questions were presented respectfully, and the conversation felt like a meaningful exchange rather than a stressful evaluation. The training experience was flexible, motivating, and well-structured, combining clear theoretical discussions with hands-on activities. It also provided valuable exposure to different roles and departments, helping us understand real workplace situations and collaboration across teams. Overall, it was engaging and helped build confidence as we transitioned into our roles.
The challengesOne of the challenges observed is related to the operations structure within the project. At times, roles, responsibilities, and communication flow could be further streamlined to help teams coordinate more efficiently. Improving the clarity of the operational structure may help reduce delays, minimize confusion, and support better collaboration across different teams. Organizing more inclusive company events or wellness activities would be beneficial for employees. Given the heavy workloads that many teams handle, activities that allow employees to pause, relax, and recharge could serve as a valuable source of breathing space and stress relief. Ensuring that these events are scheduled in a way that allows more employees to participate would help maximize their benefits and strengthen overall employee engagement and well-being.

no career growth - move on
The good thingsevents , working set up and people,
The challengesNo career growth if you’re contractual - they’ll just extend your contract, not your salary, no matter how many years you stay. Better to move on, that’s why only a few last long.

The company has a habit of limiting employee status to project-hire and the annual increase for compensation is not competitive at all.
The good thingsThe opportunities at the assigned project is good. Tenured employees seem to be very engaged in sharing knowledge to new employees.
The challengesSpecific project managers does not seem to have a grasp of what to do to raise the morale of their employees.

Not a good company to start with
The good thingsOnline training apps Good benefits (flexible) but most are taxable Christmas bonus is one month worth of salary
The challengesThe bow down to the Spaniards, even if they are the are more knowledgeable, they have no choice but follow if the Spanish team leads the Project. Some tenured employees have a feeling they are god and not welcoming Most are not team players, to each their own, hard to get help for clarifications, they also like to embarrass you. They give you an ancient heavy laptop, they want to look good yet they cannot even provide equipment Hard to move out from a project Cares only for profit

    My experience with Indra
The good thingsWhat I liked about this company is that the team that I'm working with is very helpful, I can feel that I am in a great working environment. Aside from a high starting salary, my Project Manager is also hands-on on everything, this also helped me adjust in the working environment
The challengesAlthough they have a high paying salary for fresh grads, they kind of late in terms of giving the salary every payday.
