Supportive hiring process, positive interviews, and engaging, hands-on training experience.
The good thingsThe Recruitment Team was very accommodating and supportive. They were transparent with the expectations and kept the process organized, which made the waiting period easier to appreciate from a candidate’s perspective. I also had a great experience during the interview stage. The Hiring Manager was very kind, friendly, and accommodating. The interview felt comfortable and professional, as I was given the opportunity to speak openly, share my knowledge, and explain my experiences. The questions were presented respectfully, and the conversation felt like a meaningful exchange rather than a stressful evaluation. The training experience was flexible, motivating, and well-structured, combining clear theoretical discussions with hands-on activities. It also provided valuable exposure to different roles and departments, helping us understand real workplace situations and collaboration across teams. Overall, it was engaging and helped build confidence as we transitioned into our roles.
The challengesOne of the challenges observed is related to the operations structure within the project. At times, roles, responsibilities, and communication flow could be further streamlined to help teams coordinate more efficiently. Improving the clarity of the operational structure may help reduce delays, minimize confusion, and support better collaboration across different teams. Organizing more inclusive company events or wellness activities would be beneficial for employees. Given the heavy workloads that many teams handle, activities that allow employees to pause, relax, and recharge could serve as a valuable source of breathing space and stress relief. Ensuring that these events are scheduled in a way that allows more employees to participate would help maximize their benefits and strengthen overall employee engagement and well-being.

no career growth - move on
The good thingsevents , working set up and people,
The challengesNo career growth if you’re contractual - they’ll just extend your contract, not your salary, no matter how many years you stay. Better to move on, that’s why only a few last long.

The company has a habit of limiting employee status to project-hire and the annual increase for compensation is not competitive at all.
The good thingsThe opportunities at the assigned project is good. Tenured employees seem to be very engaged in sharing knowledge to new employees.
The challengesSpecific project managers does not seem to have a grasp of what to do to raise the morale of their employees.

Not a good company to start with
The good thingsOnline training apps Good benefits (flexible) but most are taxable Christmas bonus is one month worth of salary
The challengesThe bow down to the Spaniards, even if they are the are more knowledgeable, they have no choice but follow if the Spanish team leads the Project. Some tenured employees have a feeling they are god and not welcoming Most are not team players, to each their own, hard to get help for clarifications, they also like to embarrass you. They give you an ancient heavy laptop, they want to look good yet they cannot even provide equipment Hard to move out from a project Cares only for profit

    My experience with Indra
The good thingsWhat I liked about this company is that the team that I'm working with is very helpful, I can feel that I am in a great working environment. Aside from a high starting salary, my Project Manager is also hands-on on everything, this also helped me adjust in the working environment
The challengesAlthough they have a high paying salary for fresh grads, they kind of late in terms of giving the salary every payday.

Great work experience but low on salary and almost non-existent worklife balance.
The good thingsIt offers a lot of oppurtunities to learn about Project Management and you will be exposed to a lot of different aspects of IT with the projects you handle.
The challengesIt might depend on the client, but the one I handle has too much work load that would require you to work 10-12 hours almost everyday and sometimes on weekends just so you can catch up. No work life balance and the salary I think is way too low compared to the job description.

My experience is not enough as line to my age level but it's better than to an entry level though.
The good thingsGood benefits such a large fund allocated in HMO Card, a good thing incentive leave count which is 7, mid and yearly bonus are matters for me, and sometimes there are tax refund which a big help, overtime pays better but lately can be converted to offset. Everything in the company is the best.
The challengesVery challenging when there is the time that we need to maximize our task due to out numbered of support but still manageable.

    Great Culture
The good thingsGreat culture! They offer lots of employee engagement activities. The flexible benefits program is very nice. Not many companies offer such flexible benefits.
The challengesI think this is project-based but theres not much room for growth. As a developer, you wont be exposed to many technologies. Got stuck using the same technology so now i have to find ways myself on how i could be marketable. Promotion or progression is slow and the increase is not based solely on your performance. Below average salary for an IT company.

Good company when you're starting your career
The good things- Work life balance - Work experience is good - Flexben is uncomparable. One of the best benefits that an employer can offer - Sportsfest - Managers are very supportive.
The challenges- Salary growth is very very slow. I worked here for almost 4 years but my salary did not increased that much. - You can be assigned to long term projects, causing you to lose interest in software development. - Lack of training - Career growth is slow if assigned to same project for years.

Good company with highly energetic colleagues
The good thingsWork-life balance depends on the project you're assigned to. The company opens a lot of social and sports engaging activities and opportunities to its employees to promote balance. Compensation and benefits are also quite good.
The challengesSometimes, one might become comfortable with the position and benefits so that advancement doesn't come across one's mind anymore. Also, during my time, there isn't much opportunity for technical skills training and learning especially those conducted and certified by external organizations.
