    The Independent Decommissioning Body (IDB) has been created by the Government of the Philippines (GPH) and Moro Islamic Liberation Front (MILF) peace panels to oversee the process of decommissioning of MILF Forces and weapons. It forms a key part of the normalization structure. The IDB is composed of foreign experts from Turkey, Norway, and Brunei, representatives from the two parties and National Staff.
