Out-of-business Office SiteThe good thingsI enjoyed travelling and meeting lots of people. Thanks to this job I was able to be more street-smart and can navigate a lot of unfamiliar places, trusting my instinct most of the time. I was also able to meet a lot of suppliers that can be my reference for the future. Some of my colleagues were very supportive as well and makes me feel at home; They are one of the reasons on why I have to think twice before letting the job go.
The challengesMaybe it was because of the anxiety that built up when I am hearing continuous phone notifications, but I was bothered by the fact that I jump a lot of times or got scared for a long-time to check my phone or even hear it because of this job. Weekends were not resting days, but this is understandable because this is an agency. But the attitude of some workers was not tolerable at times especially when they don't know the process of negotiating. As a fresh graduate who was not able to experience looking for the right sources, I am supposed to be guided and then reprimanded, not the other way around. Imagine being assigned to a task you don't have any idea but mere rough sketches. There are employees as well who get demotivated when some of their colleagues are not listening to the situation because all they wanted were solutions that can make one win, not everyone's winning. Somehow it was tiring and unworthy to stay especially when not compensated enough, too.
