The IMMAJ-PJMCC Foundation, Inc. is a non-stock, non-profit organization duly registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) since 07 March 2003. The Foundation provides training programs that aim to further enhance the technical skills and competencies of Filipino seafarers working onboard Japanese vessels. It was formed through the collaborative efforts of the International Mariners Management Association of Japan (IMMAJ) in Tokyo and the Philippine-Japan Manning Consultative Council, Inc. (PJMCC) in Manila. A Joint Secretariat Office, located in Malate, Manila, handles various affairs of both the Foundation and PJMCC.
