    Always Grateful and Joyful
The good thingsThe institution is very generous in terms of monetary and gifts benefits. They will also encourage you to grow and develop professionally. Monthly mass celebrations, as well as recollections and other spiritual sessions, are held for spiritual nourishment.
The challengesPromoting work-life balance is there, but not fully practiced due to Saturday reportings for some occasions that are required. Implementing mandatory participation in rest and recreation activity, except for those with medical reasons and restrictions.

The Ups and Downs of Working in a School
The good thingsThere is an exceptionally good relationships among counselors and teachers. Unity and commitment exist among membera of the community. The Adminstration may have dogmatic and traditional perspective on education but it is open to change and adapt with the progress and development trending in the field of education. The school is recognized as one that graduates women of faith and service.
The challengesLeadership should be given definite number of years particularly in key positions. Succession program should be practiced effectively. Parents and teachers should be real parrtners in championing the ultimate growth and development of the students. There should be equal chances for both the school's graduates and other school's graduates when it comes to positions and ranks.
