    Commendations and Challenges
The good things1. Management and Administration: School is composed of educational leaders who have plans for the curriculum, employees, and its students. Decisions or policies are communicated well to the employees through the offices and supervisors. They are also agile in responding to the ever-changing landscape of education brought by the pandemic. 2. Benefits: > For regular full-time employees, having a paid one-month leave during the summer break is an opportunity to pause and breathe over a stressful or challenging school year. > Aside from the law-mandated benefits, the administration is generous enough to provide small tokens and bonuses. 3. Professional Development: Working in this school is an opportunity to grow professionally. Some seminars or workshops can be subsidized. There are provisions for teachers who want to further their education through graduate degrees. Workplace: >Air-conditioned faculty rooms with dining areas. There is also a lactation room for female employees. > Employees are treated respectfully and cordially. Teachers and administrators are collaborating in addressing challenges and proposing solutions.
The challengesWork/Life Balance: The education sector is indeed stressful. The school has many paper submissions to ensure the documentation of the educational offerings and the implementation of curriculum. Weekend reporting is minimal, depending on the need or occasion. Leadership Succession: Leadership positions should have definite number of years to ensure that succession is possible.

    Great Catholic School Environment
The good thingsAs an educator, the growth that you will get from the company is great! There is also a sense of family among all educators.
The challengesThe loading or the amount of work they give you is not commensurate to your compensation. More than that, you will really sacrifice your work-life balance for this.
