How i walk my journey in this CompanyThe good thingsWe had discipline in. Business process and we were trained to handle what clients needed best. We owned up responsibility and make necessary steps to rectify errors and omissions. Our people were sent to training to enhance their personality and hone their respective skills. We have in mind the best if not excellence in handling clients' concerns by customizing service according to their profile.
The challengesSince I wore 3 hats then, handling operations, finance and Human Resources was such an ardous task, I was spreading myself thinly. Multi tasking is alright but when confronted with timelines it can be too absorbing and IF have to stay late on weekdays just so IF could comply with my turn around time. I tried giving off my best even up to a point of finding lesser time for yourself.
