    do not do business with them, if you do, expect that money will not comeback. their customer service was the worst of worst. you'll be talking to dial tone not a person. they will tell you that your call was important and after 5-7 mins being hold it will drop the call automatically.

    Amazing place to grow and become successful
    The good thingsIn this company. A lot of things can happen. You can be able to work here both part-time at your own pacing. Or be committed and do the business full-time. It would take some time before you will be able to work on your commissions. But definitely the journey towards financial freedom and for your family will give the best experiences as you grow and become a leader. The Leadership environment and the team will help you to win on your finances.
    The challengesAs per any business, you would be facing a lot of trials. No company will be perfect enough for you not to get challenges. But the company and the team in which you will be in will definitely help you pass though all these trials. You really need to work on effort in getting clients and people under your team. Commitment is the key. The Technical Assistance of the Back Office both on site or online needs to be improved so that is can be as par as the marketing team goes well.

    How i walk my journey in this Company
    The good thingsWe had discipline in. Business process and we were trained to handle what clients needed best. We owned up responsibility and make necessary steps to rectify errors and omissions. Our people were sent to training to enhance their personality and hone their respective skills. We have in mind the best if not excellence in handling clients' concerns by customizing service according to their profile.
    The challengesSince I wore 3 hats then, handling operations, finance and Human Resources was such an ardous task, I was spreading myself thinly. Multi tasking is alright but when confronted with timelines it can be too absorbing and IF have to stay late on weekdays just so IF could comply with my turn around time. I tried giving off my best even up to a point of finding lesser time for yourself.
