    Poor Management, Not Organized, The Staff is the Back Up Dancer during meetings
    The good thingsYou will learned by own yourself because the company will not provide training.
    The challengesone man team, no design fee, no fees for sign, blaming blaming since the head no knowledge on design and the staff will suffer the consequences.
