    Having the chance to work with them, I can say that somehow, the colleagues are easy to deal with. Most of them are friendly. But the management should improve more in terms of dealing with their employees' welfare. The boss have an anger management issue, "sala sa init, sala sa lamig" mood

    The challengesThe big boss doesn't believe the design if you don't provide the documents prescribed by codes. He always interfered the design. The higher the cost its over design.
