    The good thingsGreat mentors, so many things that are free to explore and learned when it comes to the travel industry, awesome colleagues, friendly environment especially to newbies
    The challengesThe equipment being used sometimes are outdated, the facilities are limited, the salary is lower than the average in the market, and focuses on travel campaigns only

    The good thingsYou will not be alone. People with same seintiments as you thrive.
    The challengesYour skills will not matter if you do not follow Top Management. Senior management does not value integrity but rather attempts to get away not following policies. Management makes promises they do not intend to keep

    The good thingsThey're HR and some support are approachable.
    The challengesSome agent did not love what they've doing that the quality of work gets affected. You need to work harder and achieve the qualifiers for you to have scorecard with incentives.
