    Low Salary, Poor Management
The good things1. Nice colleagues. They will teach you what to do if you are not sure. 2. Some supervisors are approachable and easy to work with. 3. Account is not toxic. 4. Easy tools to work with. 5. Convenient travel. 6. Some trainers are good. 7. They foster a tight relationship among the team members during training which is good. 8. It's not that big of a company so most people know each other and it's good because you get to interact with almost everyone. You can also get to ask help easily.
The challenges1. It could have been better if they increase the basic salary instead of focusing or promising incentives which are too good to be true. In this economy their job offer is not enough to live comfortably. It is just enough to survive until the next pay day. One cannot just live in survival mode all the time. 2. OT is not mandatory but because the pay is low you have to render OT and exert effort and patience to get a lot of referrals. 3. There are a lot of incentives promised but because not everyone can get them due to some factors, you cannot rely on promising incentives to your employees to get them to stay. You have to give them a decent, livable wage. 4. There are some information regarding incentives which are not disclosed or not explained properly. That is why there were some confusions among employees. Also, they are not transparent when it comes to some information that should have been our right to be informed. 5. The demands of the company are too much compared to the salary they offer. They want quality work but they pay low. They want more manpower to lessen queueing but they do not give us the right compensation. Although there are games during prod that give prizes for top agents, it is not enough. They are just band aid solutions. Why not direct your resources to improving your employees' salaries instead of spending too much on prizes? 6. They need to work on giving empathy to their employees especially when they get sick (e.g., COVID positive employees). Whenever we call in sick we feel like we don't even have the right to rest because we are still encouraged to go to work as long as our bodies can handle it. There is also no problem with submitting medical documents but I hope the company can also be more considerate. Not everyone can submit it on the day of the absence itself. 7. Promotions are great but they also need to add some benefits to it to encourage people, aside from the additional skills we could learn. Also there needs to be consent as well for that since not everyone wants to get transferred to a different department. 8. They should be more professional especially in treating their employees. Some supervisors overtly show favoritism and badmouth their former team members to their current team members. Also, some people in the upper management are a bit disrespectful when dealing with their subordinates (team leaders) which is not a good example of leadership. This breeds toxicity in the workplace.

IGT Solutions offers working as a Family
The good thingsFamily is not about blood relations but being with people who cares. IGT Solutions is a place where you will be treated as family who cares for your well being.
The challengesBeing an outsource company IGT is unable to compete with the salary offered by in-house companies.
