    Healthy environment, considerate teams, but slow career growth and limited project advancement.
    The good thingsI've had a positive experience working at my company. The environment is genuinely healthy, fostering collaboration and respect among colleagues. Management is considerate and adapts their approach depending on the nature of the project you're assigned to, which makes a big difference in day-to-day work. It's a place where people are valued and supported
    The challengesHowever, the pace of career progression can be slow, especially within certain teams or projects. Growth opportunities in my current assignment feel limited, which may be a concern for those seeking rapid development or advancement.

    The account I worked with is good to be with for a short period. I wouldn't recommend working there for more than 2 years unless you get promoted from band 4 to band 6 in that span of time. Maybe be mindful during your interview which account you would be assigned to, and suggest you stay away from Providence/PSJH if possible.
    The good thingsThe account I worked under was filled with good people and are all for your advancement.
    The challengesPromotions are difficult to come by. One wrong move (movement from one position to another) would dictate a major part of your career. If you end up in a position/band level that has minimal to no vertical movement, that may very well be your last promotion unless you get transferred to another department, account, or even in-house (in which this case, getting transferred as an in-house associate is much more difficult than it is to transfer accounts).

    Process Innovation Professional - Team LeadThe company ir very innovative but most of managements practices micromanaging. If career growth is what you are looking for this company is not the one. They would offer you an average salary in the market which is competitive but the annual bonuses and increases declines yearly. Company profit as whole are being shared to everyone yearly which is continuously increasing yet surprisingly as a lead who manages people and overseas annual increase and bonuses, the budget from management are declining in the last three years. Job roles are also being taken advantage of. Additional scope are being forced without any salary or role changes.

    Loved working with IBM though hopefully they would be able to make the increase higher annually and have better benefits for their employees as they will be coming back to onsite 3x a day which is costly.

    Overall good but it wasn’t good enough to stay
    The good thingsLoved working with my team. We pushed through even in the toughest of peak seasons.
    The challengesOur call for help by adding new members to help delegate tasks was not prioritised. Out team at this point was burning out. 2 out of 5 members have neen doing continuous overtime until 12am for about 8-10mos but still no help was given

    Good company for career growth.
    The good thingsAside from career growth, the only thing I could think of would be the Flexible Spending Account benefit for regular employees.
    The challengesForcing everyone to work in the office even though the work can be accomplished at home, work-life balance cannot be guaranteed due to "utilisation", average salary, salaries are given only once a month instead of twice a month, and company does not cover dependents for HMO.
