To deliver on this, efforts will be focused doing the following:a. Acquisition of new customers both local and foreign;b. Sales maximization from customers.Customer acquisition will be a continuing effort to ensure that Hygienna will have a healthy flow of new customers from which to replace those who eventually would not make the grade e.g. bad payers, or those who will leave for one reason or another.In regard to sales maximization, Hygienna will endeavor to be a working partner with its customers, not just a supplier. As such, Hygienna would pro-actively work with each customer in market research, merchandising and product planning including, where appropriate, development and execution of promotional campaigns.As part of a regular program, Hygienna would set aside annually a modest budget for promotional assistance to its customers. Such assistance can either come in the form of cash or free goods, which the customers can tap for worthy programs.Finally, a quarterly performance review between Hygienna and each customer will also be incorporated in the basic agreement.
