Humania International, Inc. will source and pre-select individual applicants (conduct interview, screening, testing and evaluating) at our own cost. If needed, applicants will be advised to go for a training in preparation for his/her job overseas. Short-listed applicants will be forwarded to the employer for their review and selection. Applicants selected by Employer may be interview via web cam at the discretion of the Employer or Employer may conduct personal interview at our office in Manila at a pre-arranged schedule. Selected applicants will be requested immediately to submit original documents for verification as a requirement (i.e. Passport, Educational Certificates, Employment Certificates, etc) to ensure that the applicant has submitted a valid documents. A medical referral will be issued after the applicant signed/accepted his/her Employment Offer.
