    How HSBC helped me to become a Generalist
    The good things- I learned a lot from the bank - I met clients who up to now is grateful for the service we have given them - I was given the opportunity to meet new employees and talk to them as well as give talks outside the bank - I rose from the ranks - from being a clerk to Vice President - I was awarded a trip for achieving the goal of my area - I given the opportunity to handle two new branches one after the other, the latter one being the BGC branch - Before I retired, I handled a new team - Mortgage Branch Team
    The challenges- I actually think that challenges are part of one's job like helping the branches under my area reach their goals - Competition with local banks in terms of rates - Competition with other branches - All the other challenges are what makes a working day exciting
