    They are good in many ways, but they need to improve balance
    The good thingsThe company was very helpful to their employees in terms of skills management and training as well as positive reinforcement for doing well. They also open a lot of of growth opportunities and will definitely have a look at your capabilities and help you improve as you go along. Most of their staff are supportive with your endeavors within the company and they have an open-door policy for an honest and transparent experience.
    The challengesThe salary is not too competitive. It's decent but not fantastic. The appraisal is questionable as it is based on both behavior and performance. Behavior is an overall subjective metric. They also are cost cutting to the point that a certain role for the company holds more than their job description's worth of work. The role changes (like agent to trainer or agent to supervisor...etc...) don't have any contractual reflections or a written agreement that you have formally been promoted and that your job description has changed so it becomes vague and they are able to assign more tasks to you more than your role entitles them to.

    The good thingsGreat Culture. Having worked with 4 foreign banks, I would say HSBC would be the best bank I've worked for.
    The challengesMetrics become more and more difficult to meet more so to exceed. But this is normal in an GSC to increase efficiency and reduce cost.
