1. Ensures a customer is receiving the correct order.2. Double checks the order before serving it to customers.3. Protects establishment and patrons by adhering to sanitation and safety.4. Help customers select food by presenting a menu and giving an accurate estimate of delivery time.5. Delivers food from the kitchen to the customer.6. Uphold sanitation and food safety principles.7. Reports any unsafe condition, unsafe act, accidents, and/or injuries to the supervisor or manager on duty.8. Stay updated on current menu choices, specialties, and menu deviations, knowing if the kitchen staff is running out of any items, etc.9. Provide welcoming greetings and follow customer ordering procedures.10. Assists kitchen personnel in accomplishing opening/closing duties and kitchen cleanliness.11. Perform basic cleaning tasks as needed or directed by supervisor/manager.12. Assists the kitchen personnel and service staff as needed to maintain the highest level of food quality, presentation/package, and timing to optimize clients’ experience.13.
