    Stable company, good employer, admin staff and co-workers
    The good thingsStable company - company is very stable with good list of clients Reasonable and competitive salary - also got benefits (after 6 months -- being regular). Great career opportunity -- exposure to on-site projects, how to work with clients, work challenges sharpens my experience and electrical engineering skills Work load is acceptable - it is evenly distributed to all engineers. If you expect to handle 1 project and sit around the whole day, then this is not for you. But, if you are looking to sharpen your craft, don't miss this opportunity. Co-workers are professionals -- no office dramas, great camaraderie.
    The challengesi had no intentions to leave a review, but i saw the earlier review by another engineer which is unfair to the company. i did receive the government-required benefits after i got my full-time position. Pay is fair, my starting pay was was at par to market value -- licensed elec engineer with a couple of years experience.
