    The good thingsThe salary is really high and working environment is good and the best part there is no politics which is always evident to the other company that I work 1. HMO 2. DIBS ( performance bonus equivalent to the 13th month, Cellphone sponsorship and the best part of it is the offset and flexi time.
    The challengesLack of manpower which is evident and the request of materials and equipment needed to the operations and maintenance.

    I must say it's a nice company to start when you're a beginner.

    The challenges1. Incompetent middle management. They lack of good leadership traits or and leadership skill. 2. No opportunity for salary appraisal. I've been a trainer with them for more than 4 years and never got an increase. 3. Poor benefits. Mediocre HMO coverage. No other benefits. Some computers esp. training pcs are so old, running obsolete processors are just pain in the a** for all trainers.

    The good thingsWhat I can say is the best part of my employment here is the fact that I learned a lot through the trainings and coachings that the staff provided us. especially those who are new to the call center industry. We were able to learn how to become and effective and efficient call center agent. Besides, the people that Ive met during the training are great and very considerate to people like me.
    The challengesThe only thing that seems to be the difficult for me are the equipments that are already old and most of the time they are not working properly. They demand good performance from their employees yet they do not provide us with better equipmentsl. I am referring to the old computer that's very slow, the mouse, the headset wherein customers often complains \"I can't hear you, can you say that again
