    Terrible pay made even worse with forced compressed schedule
    The good thingsWorkmates are kind. The people in the management are pleasant too, they just follow a system that isn’t.
    The challengesThe pay is terribly low especially considering the normal schedule is around 48 hours a week (with only a 30-minute break in between). When the management forces a compressed work schedule, the pay is reduced and you cannot even choose to do overtime to make up for it. Salary increase is also very poor, and there is almost no chance for career growth.

    The challengesEveryday is a real challenge, the plotted scheduled is not always followed. The management demands more than your working capacity. There is no acknowledgement for a job well-done.
