What’s it like working at Hitachi Elevator?

    AI summary of recent reviews

Employees at Hitachi Elevator appreciate the learning opportunities available, particularly in areas such as elevator repair, troubleshooting, and installation. They enjoy the camaraderie and family-like atmosphere among colleagues, who are supportive and fond of helping each other. Additionally, employees find the work to be challenging, such as meeting client demands and expectations, and constructing and operating elevators to safety standards.

However, there are some potential challenges, such as a high workload with individuals handling multiple projects simultaneously. There are instances where resources, such as consumables, company cars, and support systems, may be limited or delayed. The nature of the work can also involve hazardous conditions, such as working at critical heights and during elevator troubleshooting. Furthermore, some employees feel that there is a lack of recognition for their work, and there may be room for improvement in management practices.
