    Projects are a burden
    The good thingsHybrid set up. Retirement benefit but can only claim the employers share if you render 90 days upon resignation. Free coffee.
    The challengesProjects are part of evaluation, salary increase and bonus. Mandatory to produce projects yearly, very hard to achieve. It becomes unrealistic already. Workload can become heavy. Need to work on dec 31 if it falls on a weekday. My dept mngmt is becoming toxic. Per them, People come and go so you know na 😁
