Henkel Asia Pacific Service Center is \"Sustainably\" \"Promising\"The good thingsHiring process and they will fully trust on you. Salary don't delay, Good benefits and retirement plan package. I got my 50% provident fund from my 3.5 yrs of service. Morning and Mid department or shift are good. You'll be have your work life balance. German and other counterpart are good but sometimes you may have hard time with your own Filipino colleague. Politics is always in Filipino culture/environment.
The challengesIT career is limited you'll be good here if you're in Finance or Management field. Limited development training for IT to enhance your skills. You need to develop by your own, you need to create continuous improvements (CI) in highly consistent manner for you to be appreciated and got your way to promotion. NO CI no promotion since its part of your PMS rating. As they say in interview, your the one who will drive your career here but they are also the one who will decide and sustainably promise your career. I also experience a powerful colleague which having a management backer for her strong and not good character. People and management are seems tolerable and not good by my experience. Also there is a good department but North America department environment are absolutely a not good department here. Working atmosphere is not good as where I am before, a lot of rumors are in the air. Groupings like dominant and not dominant are at this department, if your where not dominant you would not survive this department. You better sleep at night and make your own life by just working. And others are I can't explain.
