The good thingsCompetitive Salary and Challenging, Nothing much.
The challenges1. If you're looking for a work/life balance this is not a good place to settle in because there's weekend work and the work is more than 9 hrs.
2. Every small move like untidy desk, wrong aircon temperature, wrong dress code, un-hit monthly quota, there's always an equivalent salary deduction.
3. If you want your work to be appreciated - Not for you again.
4. No OT Fees for Managers
5. If you don't like micromanagement, Not for you again. because it's very common inside.
6. No monetary bonuses don't expect anything aside from the 13th month pay.
7. They will offer competitive salary but beware cause there's a KPI system where your salary will be 70% Basic and 30% KPI based (KPI is deductible)
