HDI ADVENTURES, INC. HDI started as a CSR Project by chairman Emeritus Peter Chia when he saw Filipino commuters were forced to wait for public transport under the scorching heat of the sun. With much dedication, he approached the Metro Manila Development Authority (MMDA) and expressed his intention to construct waiting sheds free of charge. But to cover maintenance cost, he proposed to place ads on top of the sheds. This is our story and since then, our outdoor advertising subsidiaries namely, HDI Stopovers, HDI Adventures and HDI Admix have grown to become one of the biggest and most innovative out-of-home media companies in the country. Our subsidiary is part of the HDI Family of Companies, represented in the USA, Singapore, Malaysia, the Philippines, Indonesia and Hong Kong. It is engaged in the following industries: Network Marketing, Outdoor Advertising, Stock Brokerage, Financing, Information Technology, HR Management Consulting and Property Holdings.

that on-the-job training at HDI Admix was great experience and practice that can be a good foundation in my work experience.

The good thingsI’ve learned a lot through the help of everyone in the office, I enjoyed my everyday work and I gain more knowledge. They inspired me to pursue my dream.This journey gives me a lot of motivation to strive harder and continue BS Accountancy.I learned through experience how to interact and communicate with people with co-intern with the employees and to the top managers.

The challengesI’ve learned is that intelligence alone is not enough. It is important, but it is no guarantee of success. One must also be talented, hardworking and should practice self-discipline. Trainings for the Internship Trainees in terms to the application of their advance data base in Accounting that their company using.

My hdi admix experience

The good thingsHdi admix has a verry good working environment, very homey and helps you lessen the stress at work. Stress free because of light mode of work. Co workers are verry cooperative and you can really learn so much.

The challengesThe company should really focus not only on the client but also the employees. Because one of the factors that can really help the company grow is when they really know how to value their employee especially valuing the work of an artist. They should assign the right people on the right position for excellent outputs of the company. The company should really live to what they stands for.

The good thingsShowing love and care to each one. Having flexibility in working area.

The challengespolicy changes very fast. Too much love was abused by some employees, some of them are dead woods.
