Hands-on experience in installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting HVAC and refrigeration systems.The good thingsI have really enjoyed the hands-on experience of working with air conditioning and refrigeration systems. I especially like troubleshooting problems and finding solutions that make equipment work efficiently again. I also enjoy learning new techniques, improving my skills, and seeing the satisfaction on customers’ faces when the systems I work on perform perfectly. Working with a team and sharing knowledge has also been very rewarding.
The challengesOne of the challenges I’ve faced is managing time efficiently when handling multiple maintenance or repair tasks at once. I think I could improve by learning better planning and prioritization skills. I also want to enhance my knowledge of the latest HVAC and refrigeration technologies to handle more complex systems with confidence.
