    Everything was better pre-pandemic.
    The good things- Accommodation is shouldered by company. - Challenging - Will learn different disciplines of engineering and safety
    The challenges- Extreme company politics - A bit of nepotism - Favoritism of certain people - Lack of career progress (because of favoritism)
