    The good things- Healthy working environment. - Knowledge sharing is well-practiced within the engineering team. - Colleagues and superiors are kind, skilled and knowledgeable. - They always focused on the solution and not the problem.
    The challengesLearning everything within a short period of time (that includes preparation of drawings, technical documents, bill of materials, cost estimate, etc.). Though it is quiet challenging, I enjoyed learning a lot from my superiors and colleagues.

    The good thingsI enjoyed working with my fellow engineers and all employees. Supervising the sites were exciting because we were provided with our service vehicle to ensure strict monitoring from time to time
    The challengesThe best challenge I had experienced was when we were in-charged to monitor the concrete pouring of tower foundation all through the night for 2 days and its fulfilling.
