They also have a union busting as cost initiative and cutting services for some of the staff. Career as professional is not compensated. Working here might be a waste of time and effort.

    Good for fresh starters but not for long term career settlement
    The good thingsGood benefits for a manufacturing set-up. > Free meal (lunch) > Shuttle service (limited on outgoing) > Free HMO for monthly employees, as well as for dependents (max of 3) > Uniform > Compressed work schedule
    The challenges> Low Salary > Too much workload. You will do multitasking up to your maximum level of capabilities. > Slow career progress > Office politics Main concern is just the BOTTOM LINE. Employees welfare were sacrifice on too much cost cutting initiatives. And lastly, they won't value your LOYALTY!
