    Humanitarian Job
The good thingsHandicap International (HI) was a gateway for me to the humanitarian world. HI was working in situations of poverty, exclusion, conflict and disaster. It was one of the INGOs that responded my countrymen after Typhoon Yolanda. It primarily built shelters to the vulnerable Yolanda victims and distributed devices ( e.g.wheel chairs, crutches) for persons with disability.
The challengesThe expatriates holding the higher position, keep changing due to end of contract. The remaining employees keep on adjusting to the new managers, which sometimes having new policies. We lived in a fast paced environment, having time frames that sometimes having new people on the line especially managers was another kind of consideration. But I understand and I am expecting this in an INGO.
