We're not just colleagues, we're familyThe good thingsThe Admins are vey kind, always ready to listen when we have some issues and thinks of a solution to our problems. We have several outings a year and they not being cheap on the location, food and accommodation during those times, and with activities that everyone will surely enjoy. I love hanging out with people outside our project/account, and the Admins are very on the go on these as well.
I learned a lot on while working as a Credentialer, considering that I never had a healthcare/credentialing experience before. Work is surely challenging but everyone is willing to help and teach you with everything you need to know. I also get to find new friends within our account in the US, who are also amazing mentors.
I may not be in HDC anymore but they still invite me in their outings and personal events, and I'm very thankful that they make me feel that I'm still a part of the company. We're not just colleagues, we're an extended family.
The challengesWork may be a struggle, and our manager may not be a great fit for the position, but the rest of my colleagues are ready to help and make work lighter.
