    Superb Company (9 Years & counting)
    The good thingsExcellent leadership and management support. One of my considered homes since 2011, They give the former employees a chance to return. Offers work-from-home setup since the pandemic. I find the perks given to all employees enjoyable and commendable. It's a different feeling when the owner considers your potential. It's a plus to have team events and out-of-town trips.
    The challengesThe challenge is part of work, you can't learn if you don't struggle.

    The good thingsits work from home, and thats the only good thing about it
    The challengesSalary is always delay. If your not friends with the management expect heavy tasks. Terrible managers, with a terrible grammar and no company perks like monthly incentives or. Raising issues to the management like missing remitts to your government benefits no action was given.

    We're not just colleagues, we're family
    The good thingsThe Admins are vey kind, always ready to listen when we have some issues and thinks of a solution to our problems. We have several outings a year and they not being cheap on the location, food and accommodation during those times, and with activities that everyone will surely enjoy. I love hanging out with people outside our project/account, and the Admins are very on the go on these as well. I learned a lot on while working as a Credentialer, considering that I never had a healthcare/credentialing experience before. Work is surely challenging but everyone is willing to help and teach you with everything you need to know. I also get to find new friends within our account in the US, who are also amazing mentors. I may not be in HDC anymore but they still invite me in their outings and personal events, and I'm very thankful that they make me feel that I'm still a part of the company. We're not just colleagues, we're an extended family.
    The challengesWork may be a struggle, and our manager may not be a great fit for the position, but the rest of my colleagues are ready to help and make work lighter.

    Every company is a work in progress, but HDC really does strive to do better and to give everything to their employees and clients any way they can.
    The good thingsI've enjoyed my time here. I've been able to grow professionally and personally and have developed meaningful friendships and relationships. The admin treats us like a family, not just colleagues. When I lost my mom, they extended big bereavement assistance to my family that we are so grateful for the rest of our lives. ❤
    The challengesChallenges at work are a part and parcel of professional life. I think one of the biggest challenges since we're working from home is when we or some agents having a technical difficulties.

    Best company I've ever been with
    The good thingsThe information just keeps coming in. All that I need, I get, and more! Everyone is friendly and approachable. Anyone will not have difficulties speaking with colleagues and you're never alone! WFH tends to be boring most times, but in the company, it's not!
    The challengesThe challenge right now, for some is the lack of actual meeting, where you engage in a meaningful conversation with a colleague in person. To convey your thoughts, show your emotion, be inspired, get needed critiques, and more! Some of which can effectively happen, when meeting face to face.

    The good thingsHDC is a company that values and takes good care of its employees. During the time that my Grandmother passed away due to Covid-19, they extend help to my family and that is a big help for us. I will forever be grateful for being part of this company.

    The good thingsI've been working here for a long time and still enjoying it! I can't say that it's perfect but I definitely love staying here. I built strong relationships with my coworker and some of them are my friends now. Love our Admin Team because they are appreciative and make sure we are working fine! Thanks, HDC!
    The challengesThe challenges we've encountered were maybe Communication because at the time of the Pandemic we all need to adjust to the work-from-home set up as we were not used to it. But nonetheless, it made us a strong company because despite the Pandemic the company still provided employment which we are very thankful.

    The good thingsThis is the Company who treat all their employees equally and fairly. They always put the employees on top of their priority. Even in a work from home set - up you can feel a good working environment with the colleagues. The flexibility in time also gives the employees a time to attend their personal errands.

    This is the most incredible, amazing, and superb company I have ever been in.
    The good thingsThis is a company that puts people first; during Typhoon Odette, they assisted us in recovering from the disaster. They will provide us with any equipment that we are missing for free. They will check on our well-being prior to returning to work.
    The challengesShould have a team leader to guide and motivate us. Since this is a growing company. Even two team leads per LOB will ensure proper task distribution, and I can guarantee that this will result in increased outputs.
