    A never ending changing rules. Instead of 6-2 8hours, they made 6-3:30 because they made it compressed workweek.

    A great company to work for, with best workplace culture indeed
    The good thingsTreating Everyone as a family had a strong emphasis on internal workplace culture. People are awesome and very supportive, they are willing to teach and provide your needs. No one is ever too busy to help each other. On a personal level, I have gained confidence from my ever supportive superiors and HR Manager that I can do even better. I have never experienced being left behind. In fact, I can laugh and even cracked funny jokes (with all due respect) with Department Managers, colleagues and everyone I came across just like they are my family. This company is a great platform for not just learning as well as developing your personal and professional growth. In addition, most people working in Halsangz are tenured which means employees really do enjoy in the company. I am proud to I was employed from this company and will forever treasure and share the good memories I had with Halsangz Plating Cebu Corporation. This is one of the best companies I have worked in my career so far.
