    The good thingsIf you're a fresh graduate, this company is a good stepping stone until you find your next job. A Japanese company, so your resume would look awesome.
    The challengesSalary might be a minimum. Limited opportunity for your career since Japanese managed the company.

    The good thingsFun activities, No work on holiday. Its up to you if you want to. Very supportive and kind team members. Nice HR team. They follow strickly company rules and regulations which is good to discipline tardiness. Benefits are average.
    The challengesThey dont issue contracts. Unorganized facilities. Benefits and facilities need to improve. Lack of proper onboarding activities. Thinking that Management should invest on team training to improve once efficiency. Listening to recommendation to improve the processes.

    The good thingsThey are very welcoming they will treat you professionally. The staff there are very approachable. they are also strict when it comes to their company policies however the top management are very kind and friendly to their staffs.
    The challengesthe challenges are lack of company utilities such as laptops and computers, the slow connection of internet and as a trainee their internship program is quiet boring since you will be doing a daily routine.

    The good thingsGiving a seminar for me to attend. Specially for Google Analytics. Gave me as well an opportunity to handle a US account to open on a Japanese Site. The work itself is really challenging since I didn't had any idea on what I should do first. But, I rocked afterwards.
    The challengesMy limited English skill hampered me to advance further. Also the experience that I lack in handling a new account gave me and put me on my limit. I thought of giving up but my mentor pushed me further to succeed on the Project.
