    After completing and submitting a case study, there was no follow-up, no updates, no feedback, not even a rejection email! The lack of closure leaves candidates feeling undervalued and disregarded. Significant effort is required from applicants, but the company does not reciprocate with basic professional courtesy. Advice to Management: Respect candidates’ time and effort by providing timely updates, even if it’s a simple rejection note. Implement a clear communication protocol for applicants who complete extensive case studies. A strong candidate experience reflects directly on your employer brand, ghosting talented professionals only harms your reputation.
