    Very Good Experience
The good thingsBefore I got a job offer to Guanco, I'm an experienced architectural drafter and furniture designer. Being here is rewarding because I gain a lot of knowledge when it comes to different kinds of stones and its usage, thanks to my superiors and colleagues for helping me out.
The challengesThe greatest challenges that I face while working here are time management and the stress regarding to project deadlines. In able to finish the projects assigned to you, you have to have a great time management skills and ability to cope with the stress of your project's deadline, some of the projects that I encountered has a short turn-around time. So, I suggest not be late for work and be very attentive to every details of your projects for you to finish it with minimal mistake. Because being a quantity surveyor in general is very rewarding job but very stressful at the same time. But if you love what you do, you'll enjoy being one.

    Nice environment for work
The good thingswhat i like about the company would be the environment. The pressure is there but the people there will help you a lot to cope up with your work and fun moment. And that something i really like about cause it help you improve much more easier and adapt to the people and of course in the work.
The challengessometimes it has a lot work and you need to finish it as soon as you can cause there's more to go . you really need to balance w/c one should you need your attention first.
