The challengesManagement gives too much assignments / workload to their people, and there's almost always something to be submitted / accomplished that wasn't given ahead of time. Always focused on making money, but skimps on spending for the welfare of their employees. DOES NOT HAVE EVALUATION FOR SUPERVISORS, so there is no way to audit how the district managers are handling their people. Full trust is given to the sales people, but not to the teachers who are part of the after sales services.
