    The Great Grieg Philippines, Inc.
The good thingsThis company takes pride of its transparency and dedication to work ethics. They value family and name of the principal's legacy to shipping industry. They always take challenges as an opportunity to grow and be great. They see change as a never-ending chance to develop innovation to the business. I myself see this in them and I challenge myself to be like them. Always positive and hardworking.
The challengesThe challenges are the stiff competition in the shipping industry. This directly affect our company's standing to our competitors. The language barrier may also be a challenge amongst employees both the managerial and office staffs. However we always find time to discuss such issues in order to eventually be in constant communication in order for us to reach our one common goal as a company.
