    The company has a high attrition rate, with employees resigning almost every month, which makes it quite challenging for HR. There’s a lot of work pressure, and meetings happen almost every day.
    The good thingsThe only good thing about them is the benefits.
    The challengesThe downside is that employees tend to resign quickly. Plus, there are meetings every day

    The good thingsIf you want growth, this company proves one of its key objectives. Day by day you will see yourself growing and increasing your ability to do the work with quality and increasing your awareness on how to do your job with care. Trainings are always there toake you grow. This company also proves that each individual has capability to show the best and better version of yourself. Promotion is also of its possitive mantra of this company as long as you do your job and you go beyond the expectations rewards is always given. "Bleed orange and green"

    If i Had a Choice.. I will retire from Grepcor
    The good thingsFirst and foremost I only left the company to start my own business in an entirely different market.. Grepcor is a highly organized company with international standards but with a heart of a Filipino.. They strive to be the best and it was a pleasure working with the best minds in the industry.. The management that listens to its employees.. Its just a company i could have retired
    The challengesVery minor issues like employee turn over is fast, coz of poor filtering of people that would best suit the position needed
