    The company has a high attrition rate, with employees resigning almost every month, which makes it quite challenging for HR. There’s a lot of work pressure, and meetings happen almost every day.

    The good thingsGrepcor is a company that one its goal is to develop their employees. You will enter the company with less knowledge but once you decided to leave the company, you will be equipped with full of learning and knowledge to face a more challenging world. And I always believe that once an individual has been part of the Grepcor Citizen wherever they go they will always show excellence in work.
    The challengesSince every employees of the company want to finish their everyday task however too much meetings is a hindrance for them to accomplish most of the time. It may be good sometimes but meetings must be limited to be able to give the employees enough time to their work.

    The good thingsWorking with the company for almost a year now, i can say that i learned a lot and this push me to grow professionally. The top management is highly committed to drive excellence with its precious resources - its PEOPLE. The company provides a lot of training and workshop to help everyone to develop on their full potential. The company is also generous with rewards and recognition to the top performing personnel to ensure that their hard work and commitment towards their responsibilities is recognized.
    The challengesEvery day meeting sometimes eats a lot of our time although we understand that it is for the betterment of our organization, maybe in the future it could be lessen to at least thrice a week. The company has limited bonding or work life balance activity for its employees so i think the organization can still be more pro-active with this endeavors.

    A company that will motivate you to be excellent in ALL AREAs.
    The good thingsThey gave many second chances every time you will fail and they never always recognize your good efforts and achievements even though they are small things.They evaluate your performance in an evidence-based. They will always validate things before any conclusions to be made. You will really learn new things in this company because they will maximize you. They will trust you and give you opportunities to excel if they see a potential in you. Though you will face difficult challenges, they will never leave you behind but will push you to win it and at the end of the day, you will get the credits if you've done it and you will be amazed that you can actually do things that you haven't done before.
    The challengesThey have a lot of meetings that eat up portions of my time. They do training even on Saturdays that is not paid. A lot also of reporting which is sometimes the same with the previous agenda but I understand because we are an ISO 9001:2015 certified.

    If i Had a Choice.. I will retire from Grepcor
    The good thingsFirst and foremost I only left the company to start my own business in an entirely different market.. Grepcor is a highly organized company with international standards but with a heart of a Filipino.. They strive to be the best and it was a pleasure working with the best minds in the industry.. The management that listens to its employees.. Its just a company i could have retired
    The challengesVery minor issues like employee turn over is fast, coz of poor filtering of people that would best suit the position needed
