I had so much fun and learnings.The good thingsMy managers are all kind and very considerate. They made the best schedule of work for me, since I was still a student when I worked in the store. One of my manager is very strict, but he was my favorite because I learned how discipline works, I improve my thinking on following rules even if there is no managers around.
The challengesHonestly, the store achieved its 3rd consecutive gold award this year, so I could not mention too much for its improvement. I was challenged to do the work I was assigned to do even if it was really hard. It requires a lot of strength, physically and emotionally. I was the only woman dining crew on our team. Most of women there are cashiers and kitchen staffs. Another challenge was the customers who aren't considerate enough in their service providers.
