    The good thingsNo overtime. Co-developers are great, you will learn a lot from each other.
    The challengesProjects are outdated. Focused on maintenance rather than improvement of systems. Management is really poor, unreasonably strict, guilt trips, and manipulates employees.

    Changes compare to what I heard from Seniors
    The good thingsgot hired mid last year. Salary is Average (after compare with my college batchmates), Annual raise based on evaluation, easy to communicate with the management
    The challengesclients are japanese, we communicate through chat in japanese at times (but not required), i heard leave credits improve compare before but still hope they increase it.

    The challengesAlmost all mentioned from other reviews, trust issues with the management, management is not proactive when it comes to decisions. Always expect less on everything.
