    The good thingsGood co-workers that's it. make sure to read other reviews, most reviews that are 4 & 5 star are made by the management. You can also read reviews here: pinoyexchange.com/discussion/768882/green-advancedtech-solution-corp/p9 it maybe old but there are still no improvements and most negative reviews are 100% true.
    The challengesStrict on lates and rules, as a developer I think its too strict since the work is project based. And there are no incentives at all

    The good thingsWorking in Green Advancedtech Solution Corp. provides an opportunity for Filipino software developers to acquire proficiency on software development skills and get a chance to be trained by competent Japanese developers. The newly hired developers will be given a one-month training with pay, by the Filipino developer trainers. The salary and benefits are also very competitive. Salary raise is determined by the work performance of the employees. Work performance is evaluated annually. I am grateful for the opportunity to be able to work in this company and to learn the Japanese discipline and work culture. I believe this learning and experience would prepare me to take more challenging opportunities in the future and equip me in the competition among software developers not just in the Philippines but around the globe.

    The challengesProjects are outdated. Focused on maintenance rather than improvement of systems. Management is really poor, unreasonably strict, guilt trips, and manipulates employees.

    Changes compare to what I heard from Seniors
    The good thingsgot hired mid last year. Salary is Average (after compare with my college batchmates), Annual raise based on evaluation, easy to communicate with the management
    The challengesclients are japanese, we communicate through chat in japanese at times (but not required), i heard leave credits improve compare before but still hope they increase it.

    Terrible Management
    The good thingsGood co-workers and one of the managers great to get along with. Opportunity to work in Japan basically guaranteed. Java and Nihongo training.
    The challengesThe management is terrible they do not care about the growth of the employees. The environment is dirty cockroaches and such.
