goodThe good thingsThe experience , the projects and the exposure and the training .
dealing with clients , contactors , suppliers to the carpenters and the hardware to al the people is a good experience I have. Position, the country where you came from is not a issue. Its a respect as person is most important. Dealing with this people are not and never a issue compare to other companies I have been. They treat workers as workers. You'll feel safe even youre in a site because the workers will be there to protect you because they respect you as you respect them.
The challengesAt first a bit scared to communicate with different people and how to work ... but, I just did. Talk and respect each opinion, each decision. And I even talk freely to the lowest person working in the company to the person in position. They allow us to stand and to dear with other people involve with the project, suppliers, contractors, clients, admin staff and even to the drivers, construction workers and carpenters. Before I don't know how to talk to them.
