    the best day to drive is friday, saturday, sunday and monday because the booking is great.
    The good thingswe manage our time, in peak hours the booking system will never stop and sometimes we recieve a tip from costumer, if you can reach 27 to 30 bookings there is a incentives.
    The challengesin rainy season the booking system will go crazy, the standard pick up area is ranging 1km to 3km when it is raining it will go to 5km up to 8km.

    The good thingsFair performance appraisal, training programs for employees to help them be better at what they do, free snacks at the pantry, and the Grab PH Toastmasters Club.
    The challengesThe company is a revolving door, the sudden departure of key individuals seem commonplace already. Many of the more competent people were laid off when the company downsized in June 2023. The company's leaders treat the Grab Support Team as their own personal concierge service, and the only way for you to get better opportunities is to suck up to them (or to the Service Success Manager, who will then do your bidding for you.) Your output doesn't matter if you aren't registering as being productive in their CRM tools (that is, unless you suck up to the Service Success Manager.)
