    I regretted joining this company since I only got anxiety and stress for a measly salary.
    The good thingsOfficemates are cool at least in the branch where i was assigned. You can learn a lot actually.
    The challengesTerrible bosses, no management support. Processes are too long and tedious. Office politics and favoritism is rampant. Enormous workload and low salary. No opportunity for career progression.

    It's so good working here my co staffs are nice even if we're pressure sometimes but it's part of our job.
    The good thingsI enjoyed my previous job because I love to serve people's in need . In working at pawnshop you can learn how to control your emotions and serving them successfully. You can appreciate your efforts if your customers will say thank you and sometimes they said a nice word that I can said to myself I LOVE MY JOB. Working In Pawnshop I learned a lot that I can apply to my next job . As a teller is not easy you have to be zero balance before you out . In other word i have to audit my daily transactions before I log out .
    The challengesIn every work place there's always a challenge in my previous job the challenge every day is customers who had a bad intentions specially in pawning a gold . I/we have to be vigilant and used what I've learn in trainings. Sometimes we got pressure in "qouta".

    Tough journey: Challenging (Good for those who need much experience)
    The good thingsWorking environment. Easy going people specifically in my department. Gain a lot of experience. Improve mastery of my field.
    The challengeslow salary heavy workload with low laptop specification, hard time to take leave, takes time to be cleared, non responsive to queries, documents after clearance takes too long to acquire. Hopefully the can see the worth of an employee working so hard to contribute to their goals.

    The good thingsA lot if new technologies to learn. "Promotes palabra de honor". Barkada vibes in work environment. Some HR personnel are friendly and approachable.
    The challengesWorkplace politics. For a company that promotes ""Promotes palabra de honor" and standardization, standardization on process on exists on paper not on actual practice. Low salary compared to workload. Hires with no commitment or technical expertise may have higher salary than seasoned employee. A lot of questions for leave approval.(unless emergency ex: medical emergency, personal emergency or pet emergency may not be considered) A lot of "not required" overtime in order to finished given task.

    The challengesThey dont invest in tools that makes their employees more productive. Doing a developer work with a low-specs laptop. Stress. Not even a salary increase. No perks. Too many emails that doesnt make any sense.

    The challengesThey do not care AT ALL for their people. They keep giving you additional work load with NO increase in salary at all. No bonuses. Toxic environment too!

    An organization with a democratic type of leadership and everyone performs best on what they do.
    The good thingsEveryone is relevant and given a chance to voice out his/her thoughts and suggestions. The company trains you to become an efficient leader. I like the fact that the company expects highly on what you can put something on the table which, in my case, drives me to do better.
    The challengesThe cons of having a democratic leadership. I am hopeful that the company will improve its hiring process, improve employee salary, add more employee benefits (HMO of dependents, VL/SL as per DOLE, etc.), and scrap the open space office setup.

    The good thingsI did learn many things, things that i never thought I would have the chance to learn. Processes in Port, Shipping patterns, how cargoes are being handled, shippers etc.
    The challengeseven if you messed up a little bit, everything well go wrong. I mean, if you ever have to load a different container van, there's a tendency you are going to shoulder the shipping fee, which really is costly. one more thing, the job is tiring especially when the vessel arrives late at night, there will be a tendency that you are not going to sleep for the period of time :3

    The good thingsVery challenging environment. Working in the port is not for everyone but anyone working in the port will learn a lot, network with people and establish themselves in the domestic shipping industry. You will definitely not get bored for sure. A really good place to learn and grow!
    The challengesThe company is a bit Cebu-centric even though majority of the revenue is not due to our Cebu operations. Better employee benefits and packages will attract and retain the best employees. IT was a bit slow in responding to issues.
